ABOUT Randy
Randy Brown is a national speaker, basketball expert, and international best-selling author. His experience spans over 38 years of sharing life-changing messages to hundreds of audiences. With the book, Life, Business, and the Universe, Vol. 4, he became an International Best-Selling author in 2021. In 2018 he released the popular book, Rebound Forward.
His popular presentation on the truth of networking, exposes old beliefs and offers a creative strategy for connecting with the right people. Three shifts will create a powerful network providing a path for all participants to explode their network. Randy’s expertise in the power of connection and strategic relationships has put him in a special class on the subject. Connecting people has been the reason over 140 national and international basketball coaches have found outstanding coaching jobs through Randy’s Elite Coach Mentoring program. Jobs include college coaching positions at all levels and eight jobs in the NBA. He now mentors and speaks to college students to help them connect with powerful leaders in their field early in the college years, resulting in internships, jobs, and instant industry recognition.
His NCAA Division I experience includes five NCAA Tournaments, back-to-back Big 12 titles, and the 2000 Elite Eight. Twelve NBA players have benefitted from his coaching expertise, including Steve Kerr, current Golden State Warriors head coach.
Randy has two daughters, Claire, 35, and Jane, 30, and resides in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
